Aimée Louis-Puttick
As a Positive Psychology Practitioner, I support people in exploring the power of mindfulness to enhance and cultivate greater wellbeing. My practice focuses on delving into conversation to discover what harnesses an individuals strength’s in exercising positive change to navigate life's challenges with awareness and acceptance. My approach is grounded in evidence-based theory, drawing from the latest research in positive psychology to create practical, actionable strategies that empower you to thrive.
As a passionate advocate for holistic wellbeing, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals explore targeted areas of their life that together encompass them as a whole human. These centre around connectedness (to the self, others and the natural world), meaning, purpose and accomplishment. As such, the emphasis is not only on finding and noticing momentary present joy, it’s also about nurturing stable foundations to rise from - learning happiness through the pursuit of awareness, acceptance and authenticity. Our work together will cover a wide range of topics, all dedicated towards making small changes for big differences, all while acknowledging the self for showing up today as you are.

Autumn Laskey-Downs
As a Yoga Teacher and Make_Happen Facilitator, I am dedicated to guiding individuals towards their fullest, healthiest, and most joyful potential. Discovering yoga at age 15 and from there feeling the impact and importance of it in my life, I knew I wanted to share this with other people.
Rooted in a scientific stance on yoga and movement, my approach emphasises the profound impact of physical activity on flourishing. Whether it's dancing to a favourite song, gentle stretching, power yoga, a 10km run, or a short walk around the block, I advocate for the integration of simple yet effective movement practices into daily routines.
Trained with the Make_Happen Institute, I provide coaching and workshops to both groups and individuals, empowering people to take intentional action towards their life goals. Embracing the philosophy that possibilities can always be found in the midst of life's mess and challenges, I recognise only the laws of physics as limitations!
In my holistic approach, I strive for individuals to make space for flourishing everyday!

Our Story Together
At the heart of SpaceTo is a friendship that began in childhood as a result of a close bond between families, a childhood rooted in a shared appreciation for connection and meaningful conversation. Our upbringings were shaped around the simple joys of spending time being with our people, sipping tea, enjoying toast, and relishing evening meals. Those moments were more than routine; they were the foundation for our belief in the power of togetherness.
Life took us on diverse paths, filled with learning, development, and unique experiences. In 2023, our journeys converged once again, driven by a mutual passion to inspire people to flourish in their lives. Serendipitously finding ourselves in Sweden, we seised the opportunity to work together.
In February 2024, SpaceTo came to life. Our vision is straightforward yet profound – to help you infuse everyday life with accessible and impactful tools that promote flourishing.
